Change Reuse MagicJack serial number with rebuild_mj

Q.)  Has anyone used rebuild_mj sucessfully?

Could this lead to cloning mjs? Cause i have a burnt out mi and a old one that's no longer active if i could reprogram one that'd be awesome

A.)   You could set your serial number to anything you desire.

1.)  Set your desired MJ serial number:

2.)  Reflash your magicjack

  You CAN NOT turn off PC or remove magicJack
  during process. That will cause fatal errors

reset flash memory map .....

write sn=A9210000031337
burning CD image .....
completed, please unplug your device and plug it back

3.)  Remove/reinsert your magicjack.

4.)  Format your magicjack drive as FAT.

5.)  Start your magicjack
