MagicJack Poor Audio

Using MJ+. Caller hears me crystal clear, but caller's voice fades in and out to a point where I can't hear them.

I have tried different USB ports, rebooted the modem/router. Could this be a faulty MJ device?

    In the router I have tried to change the ports, and also QOS

    problem might be someone on your LAN is downloading (torrents)
